Dairy farm saved from city sprawl
GIBSONVILLE - The Piedmont Land Conservancy is stepping up to help Guilford County's threatened farm economy after the county government declined to assist.

Piedmont Land Conservancy (PLC) is pleased to announce the permanent protection of 58 acres of the Kidd Farm in Surry County - its first farmland project in the Fisher River watershed.
